Our approach

Programs & the Integration Pathway

Our work follows one Integration Pathway — five connected areas that carry families from arrival toward confidence, independence, and full participation. Every program is offered in French and in English.

Language

Our flagship program. English literacy and conversation classes help you build the communication skills you need for daily life, employment, and community — practiced in a supportive, encouraging environment where you can speak, improve, and gain confidence.

  • Beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels
  • Conversation circles in a relaxed, encouraging setting
  • Taught by caring instructors who understand your journey

Your education and experience have value here. We help you translate them into the U.S. context — with resume development, interview preparation, credential guidance, and orientation to workplace expectations — on the way to meaningful employment.

  • Guidance to pursue a college education or a professional degree
  • Job search strategies and applications
  • Resume writing and interview preparation

Stability

The goal of the pathway is a lasting foundation. We support individuals and families as they build the confidence and independence to thrive — feeling settled, capable, and connected to the community around them.

  • Confidence in everyday interactions
  • Managing appointments and responsibilities independently
  • Feeling connected — and less isolated — in the community
