Anyone in the community. We primarily serve Francophone African families in the DMV area, but we welcome every person who reaches out — and if we can't help directly, we connect you with someone who can.

Can I get help in French?

Yes — our team speaks French and English. You can call, email, or fill out our forms entirely in French.

Is my information kept private?

Yes. We treat every request with respect and confidentiality. Your information is only used to help you.

Can I ask for help on behalf of someone else?

Absolutely. Many families first hear about us through a friend, neighbor, or relative. Reach out and tell us about their situation — we will take it from there together.
